Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190 C and line a small cake tin with baking paper.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Pour batter into lined cake tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
