  1. Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6
  2. Lightly pan fry or steam fish until cooked through. Cut into pieces.
  3. While fish is cooking, spray tortilla with cooking oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and break into bite size pieces.
  4. In a serving bowl arrange tortilla pieces, cooked fish, lettuce, avocado, tomato and mayonnaise to serve.
