Charlotte has lost an AMAZING 4 stone 7 pounds

Charlotte says,“9 months ago this girl wasn’t comfortable in herself. She couldn’t and wouldn’t run. She hid behind baggy clothes. Now, this girl is over 4 stone lighter and lives life to the fullest. She goes for jogs almost every day and loves wearing tight jeans. 9 months is ALL it takes.”

Bec has lost 4 stone 2 pounds

Bec says “Silver dress I bought on my honeymoon when at my slimmest. I was 31 (9 years ago) and have had 3 kids since. Although I was fit when I bought it, I never wore it because I didn’t have body confidence. Now I have body confidence thanks to The Healthy Mummy!”.
