Cellulite Busting Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup baby leaf spinach (30 grams)
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (75 grams)
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix ( 25 grams)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk of choice (250ml)
  • 5 ice cubes

Method:

Combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
