Ingredients:
- 1ย cupย baby leaf spinach (30 grams)
- ยฝย cupย frozen mixed berries (75 grams)
- 2ย tbspย Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix ( 25 grams)
- 1ย cupย reduced-fat milk of choice (250ml)
- 5 ice cubes
Method:
Combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
