We love to celebrate our wonderful mums here at The Healthy Mummy. These mums have been following The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge have seen amazing results with their weight and their personal growth.

1. Camilla Sharma says she is loving this journey of self discovery

Camilla (pictured above) says, “Looking back at some old photos, I am so glad I have these before photos. They are a stark reminder of where I was and how far I’ve come.”

2. Sinead O’ Rooney says she is feeling so much more confident

Sinead says, “After the birth of my son I put on almost 3 stone! A lot of it was baby weight, but a lot of it was junk food!”

“I tried other well known diets and did lose weight but was so hungry, angry and had such lack of energy. It was so unsustainable!”

“Almost 10 weeks ago I decided to give the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge a go and I can honestly say I have never looked back!” 

“I never would’ve thought I could eat so much yummy food and lose so much weight! The vast array of exercises on the challenge have really kept me going and it doesn’t even feel like hard work!”

“I’ve made a few meals here and there, I am getting my head around the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge plan and easing myself in slowly.  I’ve lost to date 1 stone 3 lbs and still counting.”
