1. Camilla Sharma says she is loving this journey of self discovery

Sinead says, “After the birth of my son I put on almost 3 stone! A lot of it was baby weight, but a lot of it was junk food!”
“I tried other well known diets and did lose weight but was so hungry, angry and had such lack of energy. It was so unsustainable!”
