Stacey’s top 4 tips

  1. “I would say make it simple, don’t go making heaps of prep, just double up with cooking, make easy snacks, take things as they come
  2.  To stay on track, I always only buy what I need, don’t go buying the junk food on the end aisles or specials, they are there to try to win us over but they’re all bad
  3. Meal plan and prep, it’s a must
  4. Talk – post in the support group, ask questions, we are all on a journey and here to help each other.”

Nikita's amazing tummy transformation

Nikita’s top 3 tips for staying on track

Amy Atkinson did this for herself as well as her children

Amy Atkinson lost55kg

Amy is a 29-year-old mum to four children 7, 5, 4 and 3. She has lost 8.6st after previously giving up on herself as nothing was working.

“Seeing real mums smash out their goals made me believe that I could do it as well.  I did it for me and I also did it for my children.”

Pledge for 2019

“I pledge to make 2019 my best year yet. I will continue to SMASH all my goals and reach my Healthy Mummy 9.4 stone loss. I also will reach double digits.”

Amy’s top tips

  1. “Take it slowly and to not compare yourself to others. We are all different with different bodies.
  2. Make small changes and you will see great results.
  3. Take all the photos! Comparing my before and afters on days where I’m not feeling very motivated helps me spark back up.
  4. Set yourself alarms on your phone so you remember to keep your water intake up. I have the memory of a goldfish so I need to set myself alarms.
  5. Meal prep. Even if it’s just your snacks. I always have some healthy snacks that are quick and easy to grab so I’m not tempted to eat anything bad.
  6. Give yourself rewards. Split your weight loss up into small blocks so it doesn’t look so bad or unachievable.
  7. First 5 pound loss boom! Get yourself a manicure.
  8. 10 pound loss! Bang! Get yourself that massage. And so on.

“Living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be boring. Make this fun and enjoy it!”
