What you can do with the exercise app plan
On the App you can easily view and complete daily workouts and record what you’ve done for the day in your activity tracker.
The main focus of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge exercise App is to get you more active and help you reach your daily activity minutes goal each day – this can be a combination of the workout videos in the App plus exercise of choice.
All activity counts
You can choose from the wide range of workout video categories to suit you. You can choose 1-2 videos to do each day together with around 20-30 minutes of your own exercise of choice e.g. a brisk walk, a jog, playing with kids at the park, dancing around the house, housework. All activity counts.
Which workout videos to choose
Most of the workout videos in the App are HIIT style which incorporates bursts of high intensity activity with short breaks in between. Research shows that this type of activity burns calories even after you’ve finished working out.
Within HIIT is Tabata. This style is where you do 20 secs of activity, 10 secs of rest and repeat for 4 sets, then switch to a new exercise.
