Here is a great 4 ingredient recipe from Eleanor Hannah for Chocolate Chip Cookies.
‘I have lost 6.4st following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and along the way I have learnt to use different ingredients to make my recipes a little more healthy. These are a favourite with my 4 kids.’
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2.5 cups wholemeal flour
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Melt butter and mix with sugar. Then add flour and chocolate chips, and mix until a cookie dough consistency, you may need to add some extra butter to make it come together.
- Roll into 16 balls and then squash with a fork. Bake on a lined tray for 10-15 minutes at 180C until golden. Allow to cool on wire rack.
Recipe makes 16 cookies at 195 calories each.
