Banana, oat and vanilla smoothie
Ingredients
- 250ml milk of choice
- 1 small banana (90 grams)
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix (25 grams)
- 15g rolled oats
- 5ml honey
- 10g raw walnuts
- Handful of ice cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients on high until well combined and enjoy!
