Nic Marnell says that she truly feels beautiful and happy from the inside out thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

“I truly feel beautiful from the inside out”

Nic says the pic on the right is the day of her wedding three years ago. “This day was meant to be the best day of my life.”  She says that although she was very happy to be getting married, she didn’t like the person she saw in the mirror.

“Yes the makeup and pampering made me feel beautiful but I didn’t feel it from the inside.” She says that when she looked at the photos after, she couldn’t believe how she looked. “This wasn’t even at my heaviest,” she says.

Nic says that in the picture on the left, which was taken this week, she truly feels happy and beautiful. “NOW the pic on the left is all natural messy hair, but I truly feel beautiful and happy from the inside out in that pic.

Having lost 8.7st, Nic has gained so much confidence and a new respect for her body, Nic says that her “butt is seriously like half the size.

Nic’s Healthy Mummy journey

Nic is currently following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and she says she has a Healthy Mummy smoothie for breakfast every day.

I’m only on my second challenge but followed the free recipes online before that,” she says.

Nic says that she is getting more involved in activities with her children, she feels more confident to get out there and kick a ball around as she now has the energy to do so.
