1. Warm Banana Nut Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 1)ย
- 2 tbsp vanilla Health Mummy Smoothie mix (25g)
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5 walnuts (10g)
- 1 banana (90g)
- A pinch of nutmeg (0.3g)
Method
- Measure out the milk.
- In a blender, combine the smoothie mix, walnuts, banana, nutmeg and 50ml of the milk (enough to let the ingredients blend well).
- Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the rest of the almond milk in the microwave or on the stove top to warm up (but donโt let it boil).
- Pour the blended ingredients into the warm milk, mix well and allow the flavours to combine.
- Pour into your favourite mug (or travel mug, to go!) and enjoy.
2. Warm Apple Pie Smoothie

- In a blender, combine the smoothie mix, banana, peanut butter, oats, cinnamon, coconut and 50ml of the milk (enough to let the ingredients blend well).
- Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the rest of the milk in the microwave or on the stove top to warm up (but donโt let it boil).
