Winter warmer smoothie
Ingredients (makes 1 serve)
- 1 tbsp Healthy Mummy Chocolate smoothie powder (12.5 grams)
- 1 tsp cacao/cocoa (4 grams)
- 1 cup reduced fat milk of choice (250 mls)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (1.25 mls)
- 1 tsp honey (5 mls)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon (0.125 grams)
Method

Add Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix and cacao/cocoa to a saucepan with the milk. Stir over a low heat until warmed through.

Stir in vanilla and honey until well combined.
