Sophie says “Being a mum is hard work. The pressures I put on myself to be a “perfect” mum, wife, & businesswoman means that sometimes putting myself first doesn’t happen. But you know what? Every day I wake up and try my best with the day’s circumstances.”

Beth says, “I have been following the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges for just over two years and love them. In that time I have lost 3.8st, gone from a size 16/18 to a 10/12. Before The Healthy Mummy, Amy describes life as depressing and says she “wasn’t living.”
