Katie Kirkham has lost 3.5 stone

Katie says, “From a size 16/18 to 10/12 

3.5 stone lost forever and still counting

I upset myself sometimes thinking I should be further into my journey but when I compare pictures like this I think actually I’ve done well! 

I have so much more confidence and I’m happier in my own skin! 

Also, my energy is much higher And considering the lack of sleep I get, I’m now able to just get on with it! 

It’s so nice being able to wear normal clothes that don’t have to be a certain length to cover things of a certain material so it doesn’t cling to bits, and I’m so much slimmer this Christmas than I was last year so the sale shopping is going to be so much more fun and expensive.

I love following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge because I never feel like I’m on a diet, I like losing weight slowly as it stays off so much longer and the food choices are amazing no bland boring meals here!”

Jenni Hayward is one stone down

Jenni says, “One stone gone forever! 

I’m so happy that I found 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges, I’ve been stuck and unhappy with my weight for such a long time but couldn’t stick to any of the big diet plans because I knew they weren’t how I wanted to fuel my body in the long term.

Not only have I learnt how to eat well for life I have grown in confidence and continue to do so day by day.”

Nikki Lea Eckley’s feels comfortable and confident

Nikki says, “The truth behind pictures.

I was a serial photo deleter, removing evidence of my ever growing size after having two girls close together, and comfort eating my way through PND.

Any pictures I do have involved major tummy sucking in and angle calculation or just the face. Case in point the picture on the left, I was searching for this picture as it was from a big friend gathering I went to, but alas I had deleted it!

My mum, however, had it and sent it to me over the weekend as it was a memory on her phone (talk about amazing timing!) I was shocked. I remember now when I saw that picture the first time, I blamed my mums phone camera, bad angle etc you name it I would not admit to myself just how much I had let myself go, and it was easier to just delete everything so I could put my head in the sand and carry on.

Fast forward to now, the REAL me thanks to five months with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. My daughter picked the top for me to wear to a party on Sunday. It is the same top and I felt comfortable and confident! Healthy Mummy has changed my life.”

Natalie Cowie feels so different about her body now

Natalie Says “I’m just so happy looking back at my photos, I feel so different about my body now

I used to hate what I saw in the mirror, hate my husband seeing me, and never imagined I’d be sharing my first photo in a group this big! But not anymore! I’m more body confident than I ever remember being before.

Isabelle Rodriguez is so happy with her new self

Isabelle says, “Hello ladies! I have an unexpected day off work due to a burst water pipe. I am so happy to be able to get on with the 100’s of things I have to do.

But I am also taking the time to reflect on my journey so far. I have struggled in the last few weeks for various reasons and looking back at where I was when I started is helping me re-focus ahead of the Christmas break.

The picture on the left was taken the day I joined. All the rolls and bumps were getting me down. I would eat far too much junk food and high in sugar treats in the hope that it would make me feel better. I would not be able to stop at 1 biscuit, instead of having the whole packet without a second thought. The exercise was none existent. The odd walk with the family but not much more.

The picture on the right was taken this morning. I had just finished a little exercise session of butt and thighs and was ready to tackle the mess in the kids’ rooms. I didn’t think twice about just being in my yoga pants and a little top. I would have never done this before. I had a Healthy Mummy smoothie for breakfast and I know I have lovely food planned for the rest of the day, ready in the fridge to just grab and eat.

Healthy Mummy has changed the way I organise my daily routine including exercise, meal planning and meal prepping to make sure I am on plan and successful.”
