Michele, a busy mum of two from Kent, has lost an incredible 2 stone following the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Michele says “I decided to join Healthy Mummy as I really wanted a lifestyle change.”

“Over the years I’ve tried many diets, but I’m a huge food lover”, said Michele.
“Having my own business I was frequently missing meals and then eating at 10pm as this was the easy option.
“I had begun to feel heavy and noticed I would very quickly become out of breath. Tiredness was also a huge issue. I came across The Healthy Mummy on Facebook and thought I’d look into it. It’s the best thing I have ever done.”
Talking about her love of cooking Michele says, “From a very young girl I’ve always loved to cook, whether it be dinner or delicious cakes.
“Being a busy mum of two, time was slipping away and I found myself cooking ‘quick dinners’ more and more. Usually pasta, pasta and more pasta. This is why I piled on the pounds.”
“Before Healthy Mummy I hadn’t realised how many simple nutritious family friendly dinner recipes there were. Recipes using ingredients I buy anyway and all quick and easy to prepare.”
“I’ve collected cookery books for over 20 years too and have a MASSIVE collection. I do read them every now and again but must admit I don’t cook family meals from them!

Looking at her book stash Michele says “This is probably only 2/3 of the number of books I have! They are really messy at the moment, thankfully the Healthy Mummy App is so much more organised.”
