After losing 9 pounds on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, Lucy shared this fabulous snap of her heading out in tights, leotard, and the obligatory big hair to an 80s party on the weekend.
Lucy’s confidence has skyrocketed!
Lucy says, “I never ever thought I’d make a public appearance in tights and a leotard!
But…with massive thanks to The Healthy Mummy my confidence has rocketed!”

‘I wasn’t worried about my tummy or my legs’
Not only did Lucy look fantastic, she also had a ball in her dancing gear. Lucy says, “I had such fun at this 80’s fancy dress party, I danced all night, and I didn’t care once what anyone thought about me. I even posed for this photograph!”
Instead of feeling concerned about how she looked, Lucy says her weight loss gave her the boost she needed to just get out there and have fun.
Lucy goes on to say, “I wasn’t worried about my tummy or my legs. Thanks to joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge I feel so much more confident, healthy and happy in my own skin.”
Lucy’s results (so far) beyond the scales
Thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge Lucy is down 9 pounds. But that’s not all she has noticed. “My bloating has gone down,” Lucy says, “I’m feeling more toned and I’ve lost about 9 pounds so far since I joined 8 weeks ago.
I’m even more informed about food than I was before, and totally loving exercise…so much so, I loved going out in exercise gear!”
Comments included messages such as “You are rocking that leotard Lucy!” and “You look like you should be auditioning for Fame! What an inspiration!”
We love this Lucy, you are an inspiration to all of us. We can all only hope that legwarmers make a comeback soon… because they certainly look great on you.
