This is just another example of the amazing recipes that we give you on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. No need to miss out on your favourite foods – plus you can still lose weight.

5 Ingredient Chocolate Dipping Sauce

We love it with strawberries to dip into, but you could use any fruit you fancy – pineapple chunks, watermelon, pitted cherries, orange segments – they will all work.

5 Ingredient Chocolate Dipping Sauce
  1. In a small heavy-based saucepan combine milk, sugar, cocoa/cacao, a pinch of salt and heat until just simmering. Watch carefully as the milk can boil over quite quickly!
  2. Combine cornflour and water in a small dish and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add cornflour mixture to simmering milk, whisking vigorously. Cook, whisking gently, for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Tip into a serving dish, cover surface with cling wrap to prevent a skin from forming, and refrigerate until cold and set, approximately an hour. Setting time may vary depending on serving size and refrigerator temperature.
  5. Serve with strawberries.
