That’s why we wanted to share the photos and stories of these four inspiring women, who have all lost weight with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge – but they’ve gained so much more.
Vanessa (pictured above) says, “I often forget how far I have come on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!
The first pic was this time last year; I felt confident enough to wear a bikini on holidays but was still self-conscious and hiding behind the kids! Aware of my tummy, hips, thighs and butt!
Tracey says, “Had an emergency run to the nearest charity shop yesterday to find an outfit when I realised that all my clothes have either been donated, in the wash and the ones left over are feeling too loose again!
Grabbed this floral dress which I would never have even looked at this time last year…I mean it’s a dress, it’s above the knee and it’s satin so will cling to the places I don’t like most!
Got it home and immediately my heart sank. Thought it was a size S, in fact it was an 8.
I know I’ve done well to get to a 10 but there was no way this was going on….
I was so wrong (apart from my bust being slightly too big that they were threatening to make an appearance lol) it went on perfectly.
I couldn’t believe it.
A size 18 to a size 8 in just 12 months. Yes 1 year of hard work but I would have never thought that I would be my smallest, fittest and healthiest in my 40s, than I ever was in my 20s!
And it’s all thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. It’s helped me in so many ways I can’t express and especially this last month, with giving me something to focus on and get me through day-by-day.”
