Vanessa McAdam
Vanessa (pictured above) says, โI often forget how far I have come on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!
The first pic was this time last year; I felt confident enough to wear a bikini on holidays but was still self-conscious and hiding behind the kids! Aware of my tummy, hips, thighs and butt!
I am much fitter and more toned now…but pretty much the same weight! Avoid the scales ladies and use measurements, they are a great indicator.โ
Tracey Bentley
Tracey says, โHad an emergency run to the nearest charity shop yesterday to find an outfit when I realised that all my clothes have either been donated, in the wash and the ones left over are feeling too loose again!
Grabbed this floral dress which I would never have even looked at this time last year…I mean itโs a dress, itโs above the knee and itโs satin so will cling to the places I donโt like most!
Got it home and immediately my heart sank. Thought it was a size S, in fact it was an 8.
I know Iโve done well to get to a 10 but there was no way this was going on….
I was so wrong (apart from my bust being slightly too big that they were threatening to make an appearance lol) it went on perfectly.
I couldnโt believe it.
A size 18 to a size 8 in just 12 months. Yes 1 year of hard work but I would have never thought that I would be my smallest, fittest and healthiest in my 40s, than I ever was in my 20s!
And itโs all thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Itโs helped me in so many ways I canโt express and especially this last month, with giving me something to focus on and get me through day-by-day.โ
