Grace has lost 1.3st in 8 weeks: ‘I don’t need to cover up anymore!’

Grace Knowles is relatively new to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge lifestyle, but already she is seeing fantastic results!

But beyond the numbers on the scales, she already feels more confident in her own skin which is SO important.

Only two months into the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, and Grace is already down 1.3st and more than 14 inches from her body!

Grace says, “The Healthy Mummy has changed my life drastically! I now feel more comfortable wearing tight-fitting dresses and don’t have the need to cover up with a jacket.

I also feel so much fitter so I enjoy playing outdoors now with my 2 year old daughter.”

Tips for starting out

‘Don’t view this as a quick fad diet. View it as a lifestyle change! That way I find you hardly fall of the wagon and even if you did have a sneaky night off, it’s easy to jump straight back into!

If you don’t feel like exercising just do a quick 5 minute video from the Healthy Mummy App! It will give you the motivation to do more!’
