Mum Nicole never dreamt that one day she would be posing in underwear at a BODY CONFIDENCE photo shoot. But after losing a MASSIVE 9.4st with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and getting her life and health back on track she has good reason too.
She shares how she lost 9.4st and has gone from hating herself to being body confident and proud! And why her life has never been better.
Nicole Marnell is one of 7 AMAZING mums who were invited to take part in The Healthy Mummy’s EPIC BODY CONFIDENCE photo shoot in Sydney.
The first of 3 photo shoots around the world (others in New York and London) celebrating women of all sizes and ages who are living their best and healthiest lives, thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
But Nic has not always been the energetic, body confident mum she is today. Here is her story.
“Some days I didn’t even know if I would wake up!”
Nic found The Healthy Mummy during one of the darkest times in her life – just after her marriage had ended.
Feeling the weight of the world on her shoulders and in a deep depression, she says “Some days I didn’t even know if I would wake up.
I couldn’t look after myself, let alone my 3 kids!”.
Ready to make a change
One day Nic woke up and knew she needed to make a change. She says “I just knew I needed to do something for my kids, but most of all for me. I needed to find ME”.
Joining The Healthy Mummy
When Nic signed up to The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge she was at her heaviest – weighing 23 stone.
She says the day she found The Healthy Mummy was the first day of the rest of her life.
