Siobhan feels confident to wear her swimsuit in front of others
Thank you Healthy Mummy for getting me to a really GREAT place in my life… excess weight lost, mood boosted and feeling strong and healthy! I am ready to go and make fabulous memories with my 2 little girls and my hubby!”
Hazel is feeling so confident now she wants to shout it from the roof tops!
Hazel says, “I’m proud of myself and so I’m shouting about it! After a little consideration I’ve worn my bikini all holiday and actually surprised myself how confident I have felt in it!
Yes I have wobbly bits and I wish I was more toned but hey maybe that will be my new summer goal. However, more importantly the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has taught me to be confident in myself and to be proud of what I have achieved.
My body isn’t what it was when I was 25 but it’s given me two amazing children and I’m looking after it better than I have done before!
Thank you Healthy Mummy for teaching me the right way!”
Sar says, “6 months ago, I refused to go swimming…I felt so self-conscious and didn’t want to be seen and feel so exposed.
This prevented my son from being able to go swimming regularly as he had to wait for his Dad to be able to take him as he couldn’t take both kids as they are both under 5, something I deeply regret.
This is also something I was determined to change so I agreed to go swimming as a family. Not only that, for the first time I wasn’t scared…I was excited to be sharing this with my 2 beautiful children and my hubby.
So I went into that swimming pool in my swimsuit with more confidence than I have ever felt. It was such a fun morning and the kids both loved that we were all there as a family.
