Elizabeth used to suffer migraines and headaches from the age of 5, she was always told they were hormonal, so she is delighted with the results. “In the last five months I can honestly say that I have had ONE migraine which didn’t even develop. I’ve not had day to day headaches.

Elizabeth’s tips for if the scales aren’t moving
“Since joining the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge I weigh at the beginning and end of each challenge. I never used to take photos of myself – now, I take them all the time. I’m not one for revealing them but I still take them for me.
The scales don’t always tell you the full story!
I am a major sufferer of holding onto fluid, bloating etc due to hormones so sometimes even pictures will make me look like I’ve gained loads, but 2 days later it’s all gone!
Regular photos and measurements are the way forward!! And you will see the changes happening. You will FEEL the changes happening as well. More energy, clearer skin, stronger hair and nails. The list is endless!”
