Obese for the majority of her life
Weight has been an issue for Sophie for most of her adult life. She says “I have been obese for most of my life.
I’ve tried more diets than I can list, always resulting in a small loss, followed by me falling off the wagon in a spectacular style and regaining the weight, plus some”.
When Sophie’s son was born in 2015, she weighed 17 st 4lbs.
She says “Finally something clicked and I was ready to make a change!
I started with some calorie counting and exercise and I started losing weight.
