Are they going down week on week? Did they go up slightly yesterday? Are they affected by PMS or how much water you’ve consumed the day prior? It can do your head in!
That’s why as part of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challengewe recommend you look at other ways of measuring your success. And being able to slip into clothes a dress size (or two or three!) smaller than what you used to wear is a MASSIVE motivator to keep going!
These 6 mums have done just that, all dropping down from their starting points to a new dress size. And that has put a huge smile on their faces!
Tracey Bentley has gone from size 18 to size 14

She has since lost over a stone, going from 13.12st to 12.10st!
