  1. Combine the mince with spring onion, dried herbs and season with salt and pepper. Roll into three meatballs per serve.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Preheat oven griller to high.
  4. Slice the bread roll down the middle but don’t cut all the way through.
  5. Add the meatballs to the roll, top with tomato passata and sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Place under the griller for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve immediately.
