Mum who lost 3.13st cuts sugar out of her diet (and is still able to have cake for dessert!)

This mum has lost 3.13st on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challengeย after decidingย she needed ANDย wanted to get her health and fitness back on track.

After completing theย Sugar Detox 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, Chloe got a boost and gave up refined sugar for good!

She talks about what happened when she gave up the sweet stuff and what she eats in a day.

How this mum cut sugar out of her diet

After completing the Sugar Detox themedย 28 Day Weight Loss Challengeย last year, Chloe really noticed how much sugar she used to consume. When she decided to cut it out for good, she found she actually really dislikes sugar if she finds it in something sheโ€™s eating!

โ€œIโ€™ve found itโ€™s really noticeable and sweet now when before it would be something I wouldnโ€™t even think about,โ€ she said.

Chloe sticks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge meal plan as her kids love the meals and she findsย itโ€™s the only way she can get veggies into them! #mumlife

A typical day on Chloeโ€™s plate

Creamy-Peas-with-Poached-Eggs-on-Toast

Breakfast: eggs on toast or a fibre-rich smoothie.

Weetabix Slice

Snack:ย Weetabix slice or aย cereal bar

Lunch: Beef Veggie and Lentil Soup (leftover from last night’s dinner).ย This is a 28 Day Weight Loss Challengeย recipe.

Snack: Apple and peanut butter.

Dinner: Stovetop lasagne.
