Has your little one’s name made it to the most popular baby names list of 2017?
Baby name site Nameberry has released 200 of the most popular baby names. And while there are a few monikers that have been hitting the top 10 for the last few years – like Olivia, Charlotte, George and Jack – there are also a few surprising ones in the mix, like Ezra, Atticus and Ophelia.
What’s more, names from characters on TV shows and films, such as Khaeelsi – a title for Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones – and Arlo – from kids movie The Good Dinosaur– seem to have inspired new parents. While royal names like Charlotte, inspired by the princess herself, are also in the top 200 too.
