Her story
Heidi found The Healthy Mummy two years ago. She started off with theย smoothiesย andย recipes from the website.
In her first three weeks, she lost almost 13 pounds and it just kept on coming off! A few months later, she joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and has never looked back!
โI have used the 28 Dayย Weight Loss Challenge with my two children and we love doing meal prep. We do little meal prep often and mostly snack prep,โย Heidi says of her weight loss journey.
For the first nine months with The Healthy Mummy, Heidi would walk about 3 miles a day and do theย daily Challenge exercise.
