“12 months ago I would have sat on the sofa and eaten my body weight in chocolate on a day like today!”
Paula says, “So this last weekend was my hen weekend. I’m still tired and had a stressful day with my car breaking down. However Healthy Mummy has my back. I’ve hit my freezer stash and kept up my nutrition and water intake. I’ve got home and eaten dinner, now to sort the payroll for my other halves business.
