Kaire (pictured above) says, “I joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge a year ago and lost almost a stone over the first few months. I have successfully maintained my weight loss and am slowly toning up now.

The last time I was this weight was on my wedding day – and it took me a few painful months of “starving myself” to get there.

With the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge it’s so different – it’s a new lifestyle rather than strict calorie counting. I can eat whatever I want (yes, even carbs and chocolate) and I’ve never felt as healthy.

Sarah Ireland knows her goal is within reach now

Sarah says, “I’ve gone from being so unhappy about myself to slowly gaining confidence. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved it’s been a struggle at times but I’ve picked myself up and carried on.  I have a bit to go yet with where I want to be but I know it’s not out of reach.

I’ve learnt that it doesn’t matter if the scales don’t move it’s about how I feel in myself. Today I’ve got new jeans in a size 12 (not stretchy jeans, proper jeans!) and they fit!

It’s so important to look back and see how far I’ve come. It makes me keep my focus.  Summer body – I’m coming for you!”

Maria O’Rourke is a stronger mum now

Maria says, “7 months ago I was 24 lbs. heavier, unhappy, exhausted, in pain, and miserable – all due to how I couldn’t find a balance with food!

The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has opened my eyes massively and shown me how to eat correctly and not starve myself just to lose that 1lb.

I still have up and down days as that is life and the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge isn’t a diet it’s a complete LIFESTYLE change, and I am in this to keep the weight off – not to yo-yo like I have done in the past.

I eat what I want, getting a huge amount more versatility in my foods and nutrition, and I’ve cut out massive amounts of sugar!

And even though all of this I started for me I now am making my family live and eat better too.

I am a stronger mum who doesn’t feel ashamed to jog on the treadmill when at the gym either!”

Vanessa says, “Want to know what motivates me…my progress photos! My body has changed so much!!

My weight doesn’t change much, I am 11.3st…and ordinarily that would annoy me because my goal is to get under 11st, but I am now fitting into size 12 (from an 18) – so that proves that the scales don’t matter!

These are photos during my Healthy Mummy journey, not before children, etc, this is what doing the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has helped me achieve and I am forever grateful!”

Emma Matthews feels 21 again

Emma says, “This week I’ve had 2 non-scale victories! 1) I can get down a slide without getting stuck, and 2) My trousers are getting loose around my waistline!

Thanks to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge I have lost 1.5st in the past 5 months. I have gained so much more energy and a love for cooking fresh healthy food for my family! And it goes down a treat!

Before the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge I would always cook the same old boring foods like chicken Kiev, gammon, fish and chips! I was bored and stuck for new ideas!

The 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge offers such a massive variety, now we are never bored! Our taste buds have changed and now processed foods taste horrible -which is a good thing as I save a fortune on kids’ snacks!

The exercise videos are really easy to follow for all levels and make it easy to fit into every day life.
