Alexandra Forrest from Wakefield in West Yorkshire has been following The Healthy Mummy for almost 2 years and has lost a whopping 5 stone!

โHowever I have been going to the gym every day sometimes twice or I do a workout at home. Iโm feeling much better physically and mentally when I exercise and eat right, I plan my meals most of the time because if I donโt I end up eating the same all the time and I get bored.โ

“I eat porridge for my breakfast every morning but I do mix it up. I eat two snacks and Iโm making a lot of high protein recipes from the recipe hub as Iโm weight training in the gym.
