Do Skiing Squats

Whether your an avid skier or if you’ve never been on the piste, everyone can do these awesome ski squats. All you need to do is bend your knees like you’re in a skiing position for 30 seconds and then jump 180 degrees, then repeat. Get your little ones involved too!

Go Skating

Pull on your winter warmers and head down to the local ice skating rink – whether it be inside or out, you can even bring the kids with you. A few laps around, and you’ll have had a great workout by the time you’ve finished. If you’re not a pro, even skating holding onto the edge while trying not to fall over is a workout in itself!

Indoor Swimming

Head down to the local indoor pool with your kids and take your partner or a friend with you, so you can take it in turns to do a few laps. Swimming is a fantastic form of exercise for a full body workout.

Scale A Wall

Just because it’s raining outside it doesn’t stop you from doing a great cardio workout and hitting your nearest indoor rock climbing centre. Just don’t look down if you’re afraid of heights!
