Eleanor says snacks are very welcome in her busy household!

โ€œWe are a family of six โ€“ two adults and four children โ€“ so snacks donโ€™t last very long in our household, so we can never have enough of them,โ€ย she says.

โ€œI always want to make sure weโ€™ve got plenty of healthy snacks on hand, for lunch boxes or when weโ€™re feeling peckish. At least with these healthy recipes I know exactly whatโ€™s in them.โ€
