48 year old mum shares secret to getting in the best shape of her life and losing 2.6st
48-year-old mum Christine Mazany proves age is no barrier when it comes to turning your life and health around.
Not only has she overcome ongoing joint pain and fatigue, but she has also gained energy levels she never thought would be possible for a mum in her late 40’s.

Christine now exercises 5 days a week incorporating walking, running, HIIT and Tabata classes and says she loves it. So much so that she is now training to do the Las Vegas night run with her daughter from New Zealand. Something she says “we both would never have dreamed of doing, let alone together, but now it is a reality.”
“I am now the fittest I have ever been. I was this weight when I was 21 but I definitely was not this confident, fit or healthy.No more back and joint pain.”
