How this new Mum has found her confidence again and is back in pre-pregnancy clothes

Mum Jess from Sudbury in Suffolk has lost over a stone in the past six months with The Healthy Mummy and her amazing results have kept her motivated and determined to smash her goals.

New Mum Jess has found confidence again

Jess, 34 has one little daughter who is just 16 months old. Although she has been following The Healthy Mummy for a year, it hasn’t always been plain sailing with good and bad days.  In the last 6 months, she’s focused herself and has managed to lose 1 stone and 3 lbs.

My Favourite meals would have to be the Stovetop Lasagne, One Pot Spaghetti and the Bacon and the Courgette slice (available on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge).

My Healthy Mummy favourite snacks would be the Wholemeal Choc Chip Muffins and the Weetabix Slice”

I follow the exercises on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge App as well as my own & running. My favourites would be the Dance one and Boxing.”
