Small bites of healthy cheesecake that have a berry burst โ delicious! Great to make in advance and share with the whole family.
Date and Oat Bliss Balls x 20 serves
An easy to prepare bliss ball recipe with a great flavour combination. Store a batch in the fridge or freezer so you always have healthy snacks on hand.
Carrot and Courgette Cake made into muffins x 12 serves
While itโs still what you might call a โsometimesโ food, this cake is higher in fibre and lower in added sugar than most pre-made options. Instead of making it as a cake, Natasha hasย made it as muffins instead.
These muffins areย 203 caloriesย per serve.

Natashaโs 3 top tips for meal prepping and planning
1. Prepare your snacks for the week ahead of time
This makes it easier to have healthy snacks on hand in the freezer.
2. Bake double batches
Double your recipes and make extra so you can store in the freezer. It comes in handy for grab and go snacks when you are time poor.
3. Customise your meal plan to repeat snacks
That way you spend less time in the kitchen by making big batches.
