28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Julia Meadows has been inspiring us with her transformation updates.
We love seeing how far this mum has come since beginning her 1.10st weight loss journey on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
Julia shared this photo, and we were all left thinking, WOW!
‘They say you’ll never get your old body back once you had kids!
You know what? I’m glad I don’t!’
Her photos quickly snapped up a big stack of ‘likes’ and comments, as she got real about her mum-bod.
Julia continues, ‘Yes I now have stretch marks and a little mummy pouch that really likes to stick around but I now fuel my body with healthy foods and exercise regularly.
I used to hate working out and would avoid it at all cost. I lived off junk food and skipped meals to make up for it.
Our bodies go through so much when we have kids and I truly believe it only makes us better, not worse.’
