You don’t need to deprive yourself of what you like,” says Kaitie. “I’m a chocoholic so I found a way to enjoy it healthy with the snacks.

Kaitie says she meal preps three-quaters of her snacks at the beginning of the week (Sunday or Monday) and then pops them in the freezer.

She then makes the rest by Friday – so she never feels ‘bored’ of eating the same sort of snacks (which can derail you from your weight loss efforts).

When it comes to fitness, Katie loves, loves, LOVES The Healthy Mummy’s DanceFit exercise videos.

The Healthy Mummy’s DanceFit can help you get dancing fit in your lounge room. You can take part with your kiddies, get moving in your pyjamas – however and whatever you like! No need for fancy gym memberships or expensive activewear for this one ladies.

Katie also likes to go for long walks as part of exercise regime as well as HIIT training a few times a week.

Katie says, “I also drink 3 litres of water a day and believe it really does help with weight loss.”
