In fact, she made NINETY muffins and it only took her ONE afternoon.ย How AMAZING is that?!
โMy boys absolutely love muffins.ย Itโs one snack I have to never worry about coming home uneaten in the lunchbox,โย she says.

“Making as many muffins as I did means school lunch boxes are organised for the next 30 days,โย says Stefanie.
โAll up I made 42 large muffins and 48 mini muffins. Cost wise, it’s so much cheaper than a bag of crisps or a snack bar.
โPlus I know whatโs inย these snacks,ย a few of them actually have vegetables in them, so thatโs a double score!โ
And while Stefanie says her kids sometimes help out, they often get impatient and want to eat their treats straight away (who could blame them?!)
