Cooked in an Air Fryer they are lower in fat and calories than traditional deep fried bites – perfect if you are looking to shed some kilos.  Plus, because you don’t need any fancy ingredients to make them, the are kind on the budget too!

Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180C .
  2. In a large bowl mix together corn, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, spring onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chilli powder. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add polenta, flour and eggs to the corn mix, mix until well combined.
  4. In a small bowl combine the breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese.
  5. Using a tablespoon scoop mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll corn bites into the parmesan mixture to coat.
  7. Place in the air fryer tray, ensuring no balls are touching. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden
  8. 2 balls is one serve.
