- 500 grams lean pork mince
- 2 spring onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 pinch cracked pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup brown rice uncooked
- 1/2 small red cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 1/2 red capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 carrot thinly sliced
- 3 radishes thinly sliced

- Preheat oven to 220C.
- Cook brown rice as per packet directions.
- Place all sauce ingredients into small bowl and mix well, set aside for later.
- Place pork mince, chilli flakes, egg white, spring onion and pepper into bowl, mix well until combined.
- Roll into 20 balls and place on a lined baking tray.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Place slice capsicum, cabbage, spring onions, carrot and radishes into bowl, toss until combined.
- Heat a large frypan on the stove on high heat.
- Place baked meatballs into hot pan, add the sauce and simmer for 1 minute until hot.
- Divide the ingredients into four bowls to serve.
- If storing leftovers, divide the meal into four containers, allow to cool, then cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat until steaming before serving.
